How to Book​

Scan the QR code below with WeChat to open the “昆明云安会都” service account. Select the conference named “第二十二届全国机器翻译与多语言信息处理大会” and follow the booking and payment instructions.

  1. Scan the QR code to open the “昆明云安会都” WeChat service account.
  2. Select “第二十二届全国机器翻译与多语言信息处理大会”.
  3. Choose a room, adjust your check-in and check-out dates as needed, and pay online.
  4. Save a screenshot of the successful payment page.
  5. At conference check-in, give the reservation name to the accommodation desk to check into the hotel.

Booking Notes​

  • Book in advance: Rooms are limited, and on-site booking is unavailable. The deadline is 24:00 on November 10, 2026 (China time). A reservation is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
  • Cancellation and refunds: Free cancellation is available until 24:00 on November 10, 2026 (China time). Cancellations after that time are non-refundable.
  • Official expense card payments: Pay the full amount online first to secure the room. If you pay on site with an official expense card, the online payment will be returned to the original account within 3–5 working days after the conference.
  • Accommodation invoice: The hotel issues a receipt after check-in. During the conference, present it at a hotel front desk to obtain an invoice.

Arriving by Train​

Kunming Railway Station​

Taxi or ride-hailing (recommended): Walk about 2 minutes from the station exit to the pickup point, then ride directly to the hotel. Estimated fare: CNY 21.

Metro: Take Line 1 from Kunming Railway Station for 3 stops to Dongfeng Square. Change to Line 3 for 9 stops to Dayu Road, use Exit B, then walk about 900 m to the hotel. Estimated fare: CNY 4.

Arriving by Air​

Kunming Changshui International Airport​

Taxi or ride-hailing: Go to the airport pickup point and ride directly to the hotel. Estimated fare: CNY 92.

Metro: Take Line 6 from Airport Center toward Tangzixiang. At East Bus Station, change to Line 3 toward Xishan Park. Get off at Dayu Road, use Exit B, then walk about 900 m to the hotel. Estimated fare: CNY 8.
